Is fear stopping you from doing something?
Is this a recurring situation in your life?
Previous experiences & impressions can create strong patterns in our mind, and each time we find ourselves in a similar situation, we react “automatically” – we feel fear, self-doubt, judgement… and we stop ourselves.
It is like an invisible leash holding us back and the leash is in our mind.
To break the pattern we first need to become aware of it and then consciously get rid of it.
Once you bring it into awareness, it might simply dissolve.
If it doesn’t, acknowledge the fear, let go of judgement & expectations and then do it anyway.


Remember – you are stepping over a line that you have set to yourself. So you are the only one, who can erase it.
Be kind to yourself in the process.
