Weekly Inspiration

Practice awareness, try being mindful in everything you do.
Be aware of your breath.
Focus on eating, when you have your meals, really taste the food and observe how it feels in your body.
When engaging in a conversation, whatever it may be, really listen and look at the person.
Be present in every moment, in everything you do, no matter what it is or whether you like it.
And notice the difference.
